Asbury Park, NJ is one of my favorite beach towns. The goal of this project was to capture its special vibe in a format that could be shared with and experienced by others.

Taking an artsy approach to cartography (for an artsy place), I created a nontraditional, navigational/sensory experience map of photos, colors, and coordinates.

Lots of hands-on technique went into crafting this concept, including: original photography, digital scanning (for that wavy effect!), copy writing, map tracing, and print mockups.
